While we have tools like Google Analytics to help us understand parts of the customer journey, there is a major difference between seeing the numbers and seeing the user journey play out.&#8221;&nbsp;<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>In Paul&#8217;s role, he is responsible for anything product, PR, marketing or operations related. As a B2B2C company, Groupshop works directly with e-commerce brands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-d69bdedd uagb-heading-text\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\"><strong>The Problem<\/strong><\/h2><div class=\"uagb-separator-wrap\"><div class=\"uagb-separator\"><\/div><\/div><p class=\"uagb-desc-text\">Groupshop&#8217;s sales had slowed down, and they weren&#8217;t sure why.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-e4855586 uagb-heading-text\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\"><br><strong>The Solution<\/strong><\/h2><div class=\"uagb-separator-wrap\"><div class=\"uagb-separator\"><\/div><\/div><p class=\"uagb-desc-text\">Clarity User Recordings.<br><\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><\/p><p>&#8220;<em>Recordings of user sessions has made a remarkable impact on our product. It\u2019s not enough to see that conversion rates are lower than usual or users aren\u2019t completing the journey\u2014you need to see firsthand where they are confused, lost or bored.
